Consumer policy draft · dated July 28, 2026 · approval required before public release

The short version

FourFront brings messages, notes, tasks, and approved assistant actions into one calm workspace. That requires us to process information you provide, information from services you choose to connect, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service. We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or let an assistant take an external action merely because it suggested one.

Information we process

  • Account information: identifiers such as your email address, account ID, sign-in state, and settings.
  • Messages and connected content: message text, sender and recipient details, timestamps, source references, attachments or attachment metadata, and the summaries, classifications, drafts, tasks, ideas, or Build proposals created from that material.
  • Audio and other content you choose to share: voice input, voicemail audio submitted for transcription, transcripts, notes, instructions, and reviewed support screenshots. The current iPhone and iPad share flow saves a transcript rather than the original voicemail recording.
  • Activity and safety records: approvals, dismissals, source digests, action and reconciliation receipts, device or app version, and bounded diagnostic events needed to secure and operate the service.
  • Waitlist and support information: the contact details and material you send when requesting access or help.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you; collect, organize, summarize, and search your content; prepare actions you request; remember your choices; prevent cross-account access; reconcile work across devices; provide support; detect abuse; and maintain the reliability and security of FourFront. We do not use message content to advertise to you.

Watson and AI services

When a feature needs AI processing, FourFront may send the minimum content and instructions needed to a contracted AI service provider. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, so important results remain reviewable. Research, sending, booking, purchasing, publishing, and Build execution use separate approval boundaries where the product says approval is required.

Service providers and connected services

We disclose information only as needed to providers that support hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery, AI processing, transcription, customer support, and security, or when law requires it. A connected service—such as an email provider—has its own terms and privacy practices. Disconnecting it from FourFront does not delete the original material held by that provider.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and content data while needed to provide the service, honor your settings, secure the product, reconcile approved work, and meet legal obligations. Retention can differ by data type and provider. In the signed-in app, open Settings, choose Account & legal, then Request account deletion. If you cannot sign in, contact us. A request does not erase data held independently by Gmail, Outlook, Apple, or another connected provider.

The final public policy will state the approved completion period, backup treatment, and any limited records that must be retained. Those decisions are a release gate and are not implied by this engineering draft.

Security and your choices

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information, including authenticated account boundaries and restricted service credentials. No system is perfectly secure. You can disconnect supported sources, change in-app preferences, request access or deletion, and contact us about a privacy concern.

Children

FourFront is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to the service.

Changes and contact

We will post material policy changes here with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Questions, access requests, and deletion requests can be sent to hello@fourfront.app. Never email a password, sign-in code, or provider credential.
