Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern your use of FourFront’s website, apps, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the final effective version of these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information.
What the service does
FourFront helps you collect, organize, understand, and act on messages, notes, tasks, research, and Build proposals. Features may include AI-generated summaries, drafts, suggestions, and plans. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You remain responsible for reviewing important information and decisions.
Approval boundaries
A suggestion is not an instruction to send, book, buy, publish, deploy, or start coding. When FourFront displays an approval step, the external action must wait for that approval. You are responsible for confirming recipients, dates, amounts, source material, and other important details before authorizing an action.
Your account and connected services
Keep access to your email and devices secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You may connect third-party services only when you have authority to do so. Third-party services retain their own terms, availability, data, and charges.FourFront cannot guarantee that a provider will preserve a link, deliver a message, or perform an external action.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you provide or connect. You give FourFront the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, display, and transmit that content to provide features you request. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content and instructions you submit.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, violate another person’s rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware or spam, bypass safeguards, impersonate someone, or direct harmful or deceptive activity. Do not provide credentials or regulated information unless a feature expressly supports it.
Availability and changes
We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, including integrations that depend on another provider. We aim to preserve your ability to understand the status of approved work, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a new effective date and additional notice when required.
Suspension, cancellation, and deletion
You may stop using the service and request account deletion through the signed-in app or support. We may suspend access to protect customers, the service, or others, or when these terms are materially violated. Account deletion does not erase information controlled independently by a connected provider.
Final legal terms
Warranty disclaimers, liability limits, governing law, dispute handling, the legal operator identity, and any paid-subscription terms must be approved and inserted before public release. This engineering draft is not the final effective agreement and must not be used to claim consumer-launch readiness.
